A doctor in Brazil has cleared him of any injuries, saying he can train and play for the national team, and that his back pains were due to "stress". Yeah, right.

I think Liverpool shouldn't pay him any wages until he stops faking. His back injury has been extended until September 9th at Liverpool.

Philippe #Coutinho will play for Brazil - despite the fact he’s been out for nearly a month with an apparent back injury. Brazil Doctor Rodrigo Lasmar: “From a medical point of view, Philippe is in the perfect condition to play. #Coutinho is likely to start against Ecuador on Thursday night. (James Pearce - #Liverpool Echo) #LFC

How can he be in perfect condition to play when he hasn't kicked a ball or done any aerobic work in over a month, due to a "bad back"???

If he plays we should be fining him.

Imagine you got caught out by your employer faking illness to avoid working, you'd get the boot and rightly so.

F***ing gobs***e with no backbone to just come out and say 'I want to leave' and thinks we will all fall for some bullshit statement about how it was all big bad Barca's fault if he stays.

It would make it worse. If he is still here on Friday, just let him off and if he trains brilliantly, he will be back in the starting XI, if not he will be on the bench.

If he is off to Barca 99.99999%, yes then I would fine him but not before!

Leave he will, I can't see him staying with the way his team have handled the affair, the club are adamant he is going nowhere but what's the point in having an half arsed player who pines to be playing. elsewhere..

      Get shot & move on..

I believe that "injury" was an agreement between him and the Club to keep him out of the spotlight until the window closes.

Since he wasn't playing for don't think it would have been a problem to tell the Brazilian FA that he is injured and could not play for them.

Still reckon he's going this window if we sign Lamar and VanDijk.

He should but I doubt he will. I'll be properly disappointed in Klopp if there's no sort of penalty for his antics.

Has to be. Sakho did far worse then what Phil has done and look how he was treated.

Am sure there will be some ramifications for his actions.

Thing is, if he scores a worldy against city a week Saturday (is it?) then all this vitriol seems a little further back in time. Use the F**k out of him in which will likely be his last year for us. He can be the difference in a title race especially in the run up to a World Cup when he will also be wanting to keep Barcelona interested.

Use him. Love for players died for me when Torres fu**ed off mate.

      Use him to high hell.

Agree entirely, I find the idea of him scoring a worldie to win it at City then trudging back to halfway looking all sad to be borderline arousing. Ungrateful gobs***e.

Anyway, he's a little rat but ring whatever you can from him then sell him next year.
