Like many of our players they are an irrelevance to the top clubs. None of our rivals would leave themselves with him as the best keeper at their club but we have.

Same sh*t all over the park. Matip and Lovren our best centre backs. Both poor. The full back positions lack genuine quality. Our striker can't shoot.

They are irrelevant at the top level but they are our best players in their positions.

Average and poor players. We have too many of them and the sad part is they are in the first XI and are there on merit of being our best options.

Cheap sh*te bought by cheap shites.

Quite frankly, he's a coward as well as a sh*t keeper.

      https://twitter.com/twitter/statuses/919968072919912448

Notice something about that save, apart from it not going in... It didn't go straight back into the danger area in front of the goal!
Now Napoli are absolutely flying in the league this season so far, only conceded 5 goals as well. Migs managed that in just 1 game alone and then nearly matched it again vs Spurs.

By all accounts apparently Pepe has been having a boss season, pulled off some cracking saves and has been absolutely hammering his defence when they've not done good enough.

Basically, my point is, Migs hasn't the bottle to do that, he would never lay into the defence and when he lets in a goal or makes a mistake (happening a lot), he looks as though he wants to run and hide somewhere.

Whoever sanctioned this deal needs their head testing and whats worse is that the fraud has managed to stay at the club, first choice for all this time too!
He makes mistake after mistake but gets a free pass 9/10 times. Karius gets a bit over confident or makes a slight error and he's completely thrown under the bus, yet he's kept a clean sheet in all but 1 of the games he has played this season hasn't he? Not to mention he stopped us from being completely humiliated by Saints in the 2 legs of the cup last season. Or even Ward, christ give one of them a proper crack at it because Migs is clearly not up to the task.

      Agreed.

Migs bollocks his defenders when he makes a mistake, it's out of shame and embarrassment that he uses it to deflect the glare of "don't look at the incompetent pr**k" again.

I know you should never talk about players you support like that but this fella has got me to the point I really am left with no choice. 2-1 down with a minute to go in the half and a volley that is easily savable, that's the time you need your keeper to pull out a decent (not exceptional) save and go into half time with the blood pumping, knowing you're right back in the game and tails up. Nope, our lads are left feeling like sh*t and Klopp with a mammoth task (fair play to him I believe that from half time we have earned more points from a losing/drawing position than anyone else, so Klopp is doing something right there).

The lad needs dropping so far from the first team that he's never seen again. If Jürgen doesn't it will be a mistake, even if Ward is currently worse I would rather see him develop, or Karius develop than watch the consistently incapable Mignolet screw us over time and time again.

My own timeline for him at the club has been:

hopeful of him - expectant of him -  rejoicing of him (Stoke penalty save) - defending him - disappointed in him - sceptical towards him - lost faith in him - cynical towards him.

And now - sheer hatred towards him.  >:D

Should never play again for the club along with Lovren and Can.

      That's where I'm at with all 3.

I still remember Pepe running the length of Anfield after Ngog scored a second goal against Munts. Even though his performance levels had dropped drastically, it was still better than the pole that is currently standing between the sticks. Pepe was not only a good goalkeeper, but, a great leader, a funny person and a brilliant character to have in the dressing room.

Wasn’t the only one who saw his performance levels drop. Especially when you end up with Woy and BR when having Rafa, the King and then the player himself putting Pellegrino name forward. It’s no coincidence performances were dropping off when players like himself, Kuyt, Maxi etc were all being forced out for the likes of Migs and Joe Allen

If l didn't know better (and l don't) it would appear you are suggesting a lowering of expectation levels has been taking place.
Now who on earth would that benefit??

Me too, I never thought I'd get past Glen Johnson levels of hatred but it has happened.

I know we shouldn't bring things like this into the situation, but he actually gets on my nerves that much that I hate his face.

Call me a bad fan or whatever you like but I just can't stand anything about him... Even his f**king face.

I think just f**king him off... Even with our sh*te defence would improve us massively.

He puts unnecessary pressure on an already sh*t defence. I mean imagine having the same thing on your mind with every single attack you face.

"I've gotta get this right otherwise they will put it past him"

Vs say the mancs with De Gea...

"I can stay calm and composed because even if they get past he's probably going to save it"

It's so bad at the minute and I don't think he'll be dropped either which is even worse.

He set us new standards. It's probably ok and a norm now to let in a few goals. In fact something's strange if he doesn't let in any goals. If the boss doesn't say anything, then everything's fine for him. We'll just muddle along, concede like hell and he still picks up his £60,000 every week.

What a shame. A great club now like this. Everybody down the line is to be blamed except us the paymasters.

Yeah. And it's not as if I've hated his presence in this team all the time he's been here. Even when his faults became apparent in that title challenging season I stood up for him and defended his right to prove himself over a year or so. But in over 4 years he's probably had about 2 decent spells - right at the start of his Reds career in 2013 and then for a short period after he was dropped for Brad Jones. That was the last dim bright spot in what has been a terrible career at this club.

If I was Karius or Ward and saw Mignolet starting on Saturday I'd hand in a transfer request immediately. It's been insulting enough as it is for those two this season but that would be the final insult for me after what happened on Sunday.

And I remember people say Pepe even want to pay his money for his own GK coach instead of John Achterberg who proved can make ultimately zero improvement to our GKs for many years. Sure Pepe know he's sh*t but I'm surprise Klopp praise this guy too much. This GK coach situation at the club is the mysterious one for me and I'm starting to worry that Klopp may like to be surrounded by the yes men.

The issue here, is you\we\I shouldnt have any bad feelings for this bloke. It is not his fault. Its the club for allowing this level of footballer to play for Liverpool.
He cannot catch, punch, dominate, lead, kick, organise or even it seems shout. He can save the odd penalty, that more often than not he has caused because of his woeful decision making.

He is championship as best, and the fault and blame is squarley on the two managers who pretend he is half decent when everyone who follows football can see he just isnt up to it.

I cannot think of one premiership keeper I wouldnt swap for him, not 1 ffs.

I think he would do marvellous at Celtic brendan so take him back. However Klopp is equally to blame.

Not sure if Jürgen made him captain cause of his seniority, or maybe to try and boost his confidence.
