Let's make him an emergence centre back as punishment. We need one anyway.

Is Klopp just going to brush everything under the rug and put him straight back into the starting lineup?  If he puts him in the naughty bin, how long is he stuck there?  Lallana is injured, so we don't have many alternatives....

He's coming back with tail between his legs.

He better take that F***ing sulk off his face and get back to work for the team.

Still not ruling out fsg selling coutinho.

      They are businessmen.

I still think they will sell tomorrow.

That would be the cherry wouldn't it

In selling Coutinho they will recoup the monies spent and have a good few million as a bonus.
This in spite of the statements to the contrary by their employees, Edwards for example.

In spite of the sense of optimism and feelings the owners had turned a corner it would appear JWH&Co are incapable of changing their modus operandi.

Even at this late stage and against all indication it is to be hoped the owners can pull a rabbit from the hat, holding your breath is not advised.

A top CB which none of the top clubs showed any interest in, kind of weird don't you think.

If they sell Phil at the last minute, there's going to be F***ing riots in Liverpool and Boston.

I think I'll take the first flight out to Liverpool to join in.

Just came on for Brazil in the 59th minute. So maybe his extremely painful back is only good enough for 30 minutes or so? Seems to be moving well though....especially so when he celebrated his goal. So weird.

Probably we'll sign Lemar if he leaves, and he'll join in january.

I'd choose Lovren every time, they are at more or less the same level technically but despite Lovren's occasional lapses in concentration he's a team player and that counts for a hell of a lot.
I do find it baffling why everyone looks on Sakho as this great player, he really really isn't, he's an ok defender with a big attitude problem and that won't do in a Klopp team.

Hmm interesting, if true then its a terrible way to treat someone but you never have a job unless its down on paper black and white but the damage that Brendan did with not wanting a sporting director is only now being cleared away.
Anyway whatever the reason its good that we stood firm on Coutinho not leaving.
