The dust has settled on Alexis Sanchez's big-money move to Manchester United from Arsenal this January transfer window.

The Chilean was captured training on camera for the very first time with his new team-mates on Sunday, following his debut in the FA Cup.

Manchester United dismantled Yeovil in the fourth round of the competition last time out, as the Old Trafford faithful welcomed Sanchez to the club.

The 29-year-old played 70 minutes of the fixture before being replaced by Jesse Lingard, but did enough to convince the Manchester United hierarchy that he is well worth the cash they splashed to sign him.

Sanchez didn't get on the scoresheet in the game, but did set up Ander Herrera to net the Red Devils' third on what was a routine victory for the away side.

On Sunday he wrapped up against the cold as the Red Devils hit United's Carrington complex on what was a cold day in the north of England.

The photographs from the session show Sanchez has already settled in at the club, as he was pictured laughing, joking, and smiling with his team-mates, as well as knuckling down and working hard.

But the Chilean wasn't the only Red Devils star in a good mood this weekend.

Paul Pogba posed for pictures with a big smile on his face, while Lingard - ever the showman - did his best to perform for the camera.

Jose Mourinho will be delighted that Sanchez's introduction has brought about a sense of good feeling in Manchester, as they attempt to close the gap on Man City going into the latter half of the season.

Already it seems the Chilean has won over his team-mates, with both Herrera and Luke Shaw heaping praise on his immediate impact.

The week Herrera told the club's official website: "Yeah, [he is] amazing.

"He has played very good, but what I really like from him is the way he fights when he loses the ball.

"He is always ready to be the first defender of the team. That's going to be very important for us."

While Shaw added: "[He is] Really good. He has trained over the last three days now. He's unbelievable.

"We all knew what he was capable of anyway. He's been with us for a few days now in training and some of the stuff he's done is unbelievable."
