Arsenal fans will be notified of VAR decisions on the big screens at the Emirates this evening should the technology be called upon during the second leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final against Chelsea.
The EFL have supplied the Gunners with Carabao branded graphics to display on the two big screens inside the ground as and when the referee consults VAR.
It comes as an attempt to try and clear up confusion for supporters in the stadium after fans were left baffled during the goalless first leg at Stamford Bridge.
Referee Martin Atkinson asked for a video review when Cesc Fabregas appealed for a penalty following a challenge by Danny Welbeck late in the match.
There will also be a change for television viewers who will be able to hear the decision-making process from VAR and see exactly what the additional official is watching.
It is understood FIFA are considering the step of showing graphics in the stadium during the World Cup and the Premier League could follow suit.
This evening's match will be the third time a Chelsea fixture has been subject to VAR testing following their FA Cup win over Norwich which saw the technology come under scrutiny when the extra official wasn't shown angles seen by television viewers over a contentious penalty decision.
