Arsene Wenger insists Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Mesut Ozil can thrive together for Arsenal .
The Armenian joined the Gunners on Monday as part of the swap deal with Manchester United that sends Alexis Sanchez to Old Trafford.
But despite both players' preferred role as a No.10, Wenger believes they can compliment each other for the Gunners.
"Overall we lose a world class player and gain a world class player," Wenger admitted. "But Mkhitaryan has the qualities to integrate into our game.
"He has a good team attitude. He's very versatile. They [Mesut Ozil and Mkhitaryan] can play together. He can play in all kinds of positions.
"He is very versatile and it should help us going forward. I have no doubt about his attitude, his commitment and desire to do well. It’s my challenge to get him to express his incredible talent.”
The Gunners will look for another boost by advancing to the Carabao Cup final by defeating Chelsea in the semi-finals.
A 0-0 draw with the champions at Stamford Bridge puts them in a fine position heading into the second leg at the Emirates on Wednesday night.
Mkhitaryan's debut will have to wait though, after playing for United in the previous rounds of the competition,
Having already been eliminated in the FA Cup by Nottingham Forest, Arsenal have the weekend off, with Swansea away next Tuesday to provide Gunners fans with their first look of Mkhitaryan.
