Wednesday night was a good night for Arsene Wenger and Arsenal.
The Gunners boss was in a happy mood after his side saw off Chelsea to reach the Carabao Cup final, battling back from a goal down to win 2-1 on aggregate thanks to an own goal from Blues defender Antonio Rudiger and the winner on the hour mark from Granit Xhaka.
Wenger - who has never won the League Cup during his 22 years in north London - will now be plotting how to beat Manchester City in the final next month, but he still found time to perfectly sum up life at Arsenal after the full-time whistle.
In the same week that the Frenchman claimed that the likes of Liverpool and Tottenham get away with less criticism than the Gunners do , Wenger was in a jovial mood at the end of the game.
"I have the right sometimes to have a small sense of humour even though I am not very talented at it," he told the post-match press conference.
Then, smiling, he came up with the perfect: "Somebody once told me at Arsenal you’re five minutes away from a crisis. No. Three."
We thought it wasmore like two, to be honest.
