Lucas Moura has declared his intention to quit Paris Saint-Germain.
Brazilian midfielder Lucas has hit out at the Ligue 1 club after finding himself limited to just six appearances this season.
Arsenal and Tottenham are reportedly interested in landing the £35million-rated star, while Manchester United are believed to have been long-term admirers.
He has also been linked with a move to La Liga, with Real Betis and Malaga thought to have initially been touting the idea of a loan switch.
"It's a brutal blow," Lucas told L'Equipe , as he assessed his struggles this season.
"I'm discouraged that I can not play anymore and I can not live like I did before.
"I'm not happy, I thought I'd built something solid with this club, but that's clearly not the case."
He continued: "It's right that I can well imagine La Liga, with my technique and my speed, I could fit in.
"But it does not matter where I land, I know what I'm capable of, I did not accidentally become a national player."
