Henrikh Mkhitaryan has been given Alexis Sanchez's No.7 shirt after completing his move to Arsenal.
The Armenian joined from Manchester United last night in a deal that saw Sanchez head to Old Trafford.
And Mkhitaryan, who trained with his new teammates today, will hope to fill the void left by the Chilean.
The forward had struggled under Jose Mourinho and was unable to replicate the form he showed previously at Borussia Dortmund.
But upon completing his move, Mkhitaryan wrote a heartfelt farewell note for the United fans.
It read: "I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Manchester United players and staff and especially the fans for your love, passion and support.
"I enjoyed having the honour of contributing to the history of your great club by winning the Europa League cup.
"I will always cherish the memory of that moment and that match."
