Vikings star cornerback Xavier Rhodes left the game against the Saints with an injury in the fourth quarter.
Rhodes would be treated in the medical tent, and would come back into the game after being examined:

What does this mean for the Vikings? It could have been big. The Vikings started the game up 17-0, but the Saints have made a push in the second half. Minnesota lost Andrew Sendejo for the game with a concussion after colliding with Michael Thomas.
Rhodes has been considered one of the best cornerbacks in the NFL the past couple of seasons. He’s made Pro Bowls the last two seasons, and was named a first-team All-Pro this season. He had two interceptions and 44 tackles in 16 regular season games for the Vikings’ stellar defense.
The Vikings have a chance to play in the Super Bowl at home, and would need Rhodes to help them get there.
