West Ham vs. Tottenham Hotspur live stream: Time, TV schedule and how to watch Premier League online

West Ham are struggling this season, but a win over London rivals Tottenham could be the ticket they need to break out of their slump.

This was supposed to be a fun, exciting season for West Ham United, but instead it’s been anything but, with the Hammers winning just four points in their first five matches. That makes this match against cross-city rivals Tottenham Hotspur all the more important, especially with Spurs lurking just outside the top four.

Slaven Bilic seems to be on his last legs as West Ham’s manager, and another loss here could be the end of his tenure. He’s looked like he’s been lost at times when trying to unlock West Ham’s difficulties, but West Ham fans are still hopeful that he can figure out what needs to happen to get this team rolling again. They’ve won two of their last three matches in all competitions, but one was against a wildly outmatched Bolton side in the League Cup, and the other was against a Huddersfield Town club that seems to have lost their early, surprising momentum.

Tottenham, meanwhile, are unbeaten in their last five all-competitions matches, and their sole loss so far this season has been to Chelsea. They’ve been clicking in fine fashion, including a dominating win over Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League earlier in September. They’re one of the “it” teams in the Premier League this season, but despite their successes they have yet to seem to actually find their top form. A dominant win here on the road could just show that they’re starting to get there, and assuage many of their fans’ concerns.

Tottenham Hotspur will be without a trio of players they’ve been missing for a little while now, with Victor Wanyama, Erik Lamela, and Danny Rose all sidelined with injuries. West Ham have a few injury woes as well, with Pedro Obiang, Manuel Lanzini, James Collins, and Edimilson Fernandes representing a fair amount of their depth in midfield and defense.
