Talks are ongoing but an agreement is some form is expected given Perez has fallen out with Wenger over a lack of first team opportunities and is desperate to revive his career with a move.
Jack Wilshere's future is uncertain, with the midfielder keen on staying at Arsenal to fight for his first-team place, yet it remains possible he could leave today if a suitable club emerges.
Matthieu Debuchy is also available for transfer but nothing was imminent this morning, with the player preferring a return to France.
