Tottenham go into their Premier League clash with Liverpool high on confidence after a week that has seen the north Londoners get their first league win at Wembley and impress against Real Madrid in the Champions League.

Mauricio Pochettino's third-placed side broke the hoodoo of Wembley last weekend with a narrow 1-0 victory against Bournemouth, which preceded a trip to the Santiago Bernabeu - where Spurs secured a 1-1 draw with Real.

Toby Alderweireld, Jan Vertonghen and Hugo Lloris were among the star performers in Madrid while elsewhere on the same night, Liverpool were busy putting seven past Maribor.

Jurgen Klopp watched on as Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino both bagged braces as Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain finally got his first goal for the Reds.

But which team would dominate a combined XI made up of players from both clubs?
