Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp slams Neymar’s £198m move to PSG and issues hands off warning over Philippe Coutinho
JURGEN KLOPP has hit out at Neymar’s astonishing £198million move from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain.
The Brazilian has reportedly penned a five-year deal worth a staggering £515,000-a-week in the French capital.
The Liverpool boss said: “There are only two clubs that can pay transfer fees like that, Man City and PSG.
“I thought financial fair play was made so situations like this could not happen.
“Maybe it was more of a suggestion than a rule.
“I hope this deal is not the next step for football I hope it will be the exception.”
Klopp again warned Barcelona off making another bid for Philippe Coutinho.
The Catalan giants want the Kop playmaker as a replacement for Neymar.

Barca are believed to be lining up an improved offer for the Brazilian after having a previous £70million bid for him rejected by the Merseysiders.
Klopp said: “I can understand why they value him so highly but they should save their energy.”
Barcelona could also use the wad of cash to land Chelsea star Eden Hazard.
Boss Ernesto Valverde eyes the Belgian winger as the perfect replacement for Neymar and are willing to fork out £100m.
