Samir Nasri wanted by Antalyaspor with Turkish club keen to make him their latest big-name signing
Frenchman has fallen out of favour with boss Pep Guardiola after spending last season out on loan to Sevilla
SAMIR NASRI has emerged as the latest summer target for Turkish outfit Antalyaspor.
The former France international has been told he can leave Manchester City this summer as he does not figure in Pep Guardiola's plans.
And City are confident they will find a move for him before the transfer window closes on August 31.
NOT PICKED YOUR FANTASY FOOTBALL TEAM YET? WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
Antalyaspor already have Cameroon legend Samuel Eto'o on their books along with Nasri's old French team-mate Jeremy Menez.
The ex-Arsenal man spent last season on loan at Sevilla but there has been no offer from them - while a move to Nice also fell through.
The playmaker has already sold off his £5.75m mansion in England, which suggests that he is preparing to leave.
Nasri still has 24 months remaining on his contract with the Citizens.
Despite an impressive loan spell with Sevilla last term, the France international has still not done enough to impress Guardiola.
The 30-year-old's enormous salary, which is reported to be as high as £170,000-a-week, has made him hard to sell, despite his evident talent.
Nasri scored three and asssisted as many in 31 appearances for Eduardo Berizzo's side.
Antalyaspor narrowly missed out on Europa League qualification last term after finishing fifth in Super Lig.
