Manchester City newboy Danilo reveals the best players that he has played with… and Cristiano Ronaldo didn’t make the cut
The former Real Madrid full-back has played with with some of great players in the world- but believes Neymar, Isco and Marcelo are the best that he has played alongside.
MANCHESTER CITY wingback Danilo has named three former teammates that have stood out among the crowd - but snubbed Cristiano Ronaldo from his list.
The Brazil international revealed that Neymar, Isco and Marcelo were the best players that he has played with thus far.
Danilo has played alongside some of world football's biggest stars but managed to choose his top three when asked during an interview with Orla Bolas.
He said: "I tell my friends that there are three players who I have seen do other-worldly things in training.
"One is Neymar, another is Isco and the other is Marcelo.
"Marcelo is incredible, as he wants the ball, just like Isco.
"In terms of ability and quality, he is the best of all."
When asked about CR7 the Brazilian explained that Real Madrid's record goal scorer is a different kind of player.

"Ronaldo is different as he targets goals and the result," the right-back said.
When asked about what is it was like to play under Pep Guardiola, he said:
"Being able to work with Pep Guardiola makes me really happy because he is a professional I've always admitted, as well as a talented professional."
Danilo moved to City from Los Blancos this summer in a £26 million move and has so far made six appearance this season.
