A number of managers have been linked with the London Stadium job, but Espanyol's Quique Sanchez Flores will be strongly considered - according to HITC.

The former Watford boss has indicated his intentions to return to English football when his current contract with RCD Espanyol expires - which is at the end of the season.

Espanyol have only collected eight points from their first seven La Liga outings.

Prior to this, Flores spent a year in charge of Watford before being succeeded by Walter Mazzarri in July 2016.

He won 36% of his games with the Hornets and led them to the semi-finals of the FA Cup.

Bilic is under ongoing pressure at the London Stadium and is expected to get until the end of the season to prove he is worth a new Hammers deal.
