JOHN TERRY and boxing icon Anthony Joshua have linked up on a beach in Dubai.
The heavyweight champion is relaxing after yet another emphatic victory while the Aston Villa skipper takes time away to recover from injury.
Terry has been snapped using crutches after breaking his metatarsal during a fixture against Sheffield Wednesday earlier this month.
The Chelsea legend was forced off the field with just 21 minutes on the clock and now faces around three months on the sidelines.
But Terry has put his disappointment of the injury - and the 2-1 defeat - behind him as he soaks up a little winter sun.
He shared the photo with his 3.5million Instagram followers - captioned 'With the champ @anthony_joshua @georgie26terry @thomasroyall.'
Joshua, who recently defeated Carlos Takam with a tenth round stoppage, is also taking the time to relax on the golden Dubai shores.
The Watford bruiser has been spotted playing volleyball and taking a well-deserved break after defending his title.
