According to reports, the Ivorian is the target of the Champions League's biggest clubs but Nice are in contention to make the competition

PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN are ready to follow up their epic capture of Neymar with a tilt for Nice midfielder Jean Michael Seri.

The 26-year-old is also a target for Arsenal and according to reports, he could be on his way to one of the Champions League's big-hitting clubs in the near future.

Seri helped Nice beat Ajax in Champions League qualifying on Wednesday and Seri produced a spectacular assist in the 79th minute to help Vincent Marcel score a crucial equaliser for the Ligue 1 club.

His cheeky back heel into the path of his team dumped a stunned Ajax out of the competition they have won four times.

According to the Metro, PSG are looking to bring him on board alongside world record signing Neymar, whose stunning £198million was completed yesterday.

Arsenal have also shown interest in Seri, with the Gunners poised to miss out on Monaco winger Thomas Lemar.

Seri's future could depend on Champions League football though, with Nice set to face Napoli to qualify for the group stages.

L'Equipe reported last week that the Ivory Coast international has been subject to a £35m bid from the Gunners.

But Nice would be reluctant to sell one of their star assets with the club playing in Europe's premier competition.

Arsenal, meanwhile, do not have Champions League football to offer this season and will play in the Europa League.
