Benjamin Mendy sums up Manchester City fans after Kylian Mbappe is pictured with Leroy Sane
Monaco's in-demand forward continues to be linked with a move to the Etihad, sending fans into meltdown
BENJAMIN MENDY summed up Manchester City fans' reaction to Leroy Sane being pictured arm-in-arm with Monaco star Kylian Mbappe.
City's new £52million signing posted a gif of Muppet character Elmo flailing his arms up in the air as he panics with a flame in the background.
The image of Sane and Mbappe sent City fans into meltdown as the latter continues to be linked with a move to the Etihad.
Unfortunately for United and City fans, the 18-year-old was heading to a promo shoot with sponsor Nike in Manchester.
But despite this being the reason for his time in England, fans are still speculating he could be set for a move to City.
Mbappe is also linked with a sensational move worth £160million to Real Madrid after netting 26 goals last season.
But Madrid may reportedly face competition from rivals Barcelona as they eyeing a replacement for Neymar following his switch to Paris Saint-Germain.
Club's eyeing a move for Mbappe were handed a boost after Monaco's manager Leonardo Jardim said the forward was available for the right price.
