And according to Yahoo Sport, Coutinho is now ready to come out and talk to the press and explain his anger with how the club and boss Jurgen Klopp have handled the situation.

SunSport told you how Barca were lining up a fourth and final £136million bid for the attacker who is still yet to play for the Anfield club this term.

A source told Yahoo Sport: “Coutinho is willing to say that Liverpool is making his life miserable and that he wants to leave.

“He has been very patient, but at the end of the day it is his option as a player to leave the club – and he wants to do exactly that.”

Coutinho's relationship with Klopp is also said to have deteriorated beyond repair after the German has continuously stopped him from leaving.

The report claims that the former Borussia Dortmund chief is trying to make an example of Coutinho to the rest of the Reds squad by frustrating the player.

He said: “Yes, of course. Absolutely. One hundred per cent.

“’Why,’ you ask, ‘if everything is okay between me and him?’ That was the question, right? And I answered with ‘Of course’. Or yes. Indeed. Absolutely. One hundred per cent.”

Coutinho has not played since August 1 due to a "back problem" and is now claiming to be ill and has missed the opening two Premier League games and Champions League qualifiers.

Barca’s third bid, which was immediately turned down, came after they were encouraged by Coutinho’s transfer request.

This followed a statement from Kop owners, Fenway Sports Group, who declared the playmaker would be staying beyond this window.

Coutinho signed a new five-year contract at Liverpool only last season and it contains no release clause.
