Arsenal flops blasted by Thierry Henry as former striker asks: Why would stars want to stay?
Legend says it 'doesn't look right' for contract rebels Alexis Sanchez, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Mesut Ozil to stay
THIERRY HENRY tore into Arsenal after this Kop humiliation and asked their contract rebels: Why would you want to stay?
Alexis Sanchez, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Mesut Ozil have all refused to sign new deals.
Gunners legend Henry said: “It doesn’t look right for those guys to stay.
"We talk about Oxlade-Chamberlain and Sanchez and are they staying but they are not going to want to be part of this team.
“That is why players are not renewing their contracts, they can see something is wrong at Arsenal.
“Why would you want to stay? Why stay at a club that puts in performances like that? They don’t want to play like this.”
Shaken Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger admitted the 4-0 battering by Liverpool at Anfield was “absolutely disastrous”.
He told furious Arsenal fans: “If I’m the problem, then I’m the problem. I’m sorry.”

While keeper Petr Cech let rip at his lazy team-mates’ “unacceptable” lack of effort.
Embarrassed Henry accused the club of stagnating for ten years and admitted he wanted to leave as he watched yesterday’s latest pitiful performance, even turning his back on the match.
He added: “It was unwatchable at times. I turned my seat around.
“I wanted to leave — I don’t relate to the team and I don’t think a lot of people relate to the team either.
