Chelsea nearing £14million deal for Fernando Llorente as Swansea target Manchester City’s Wilfried Bony

Antonio Conte is desperate for more additions before the transfer window closes and the Spaniard could be the first through the door today

CHELSEA are reportedly close to signing Fernando Llorente for £14million — as long as Swansea get Manchester City's Wilfried Bony.

Antonio Conte is desperate to bring in reinforcements to his squad before the transfer window slams shut tomorrow.

And Spanish publication AS are claiming Llorente could be the first through the door as negotiations could be finalised today.

Swans chief Paul Clement blocked Llorente from moving to Stamford Bridge in January but is now said to be happy to let him leave.

But the move all hinges on Wilfried Bony making a return to the Liberty Stadium after a nightmare spell at City.

Llorente is just one of three players lined up for a West London switch this week.

The veteran Spaniard played under Conte at Juventus and is seen as the perfect back-up for club-record signing Morata.

Meanwhile, Conte also wants to bring a midfielder and a wing-back to the club before the end of the week.

Leicester ace Danny Drinkwater and Arsenal star Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are the Italian’s preferred choice.

Drinkwater handed in a transfer request that could speed up his move to West London.

But a deal for Oxlade-Chamberlain looks to have stalled as the England international wants to play a more central role.

The Blues have already spent big money on Tiemoue BakayokoAntonio Rudiger and Alvaro Morata.
