Manchester City and Liverpool to split cost of private jet to fly their Brazil stars back in time for their Premier League clash
Chelsea also get in on the plane-pool after Samba players' involvement in World Cup qualifiers
MANCHESTER CITY and Liverpool will split the cost of a private jet to fly their Brazil stars back in time for Saturday's Premier League showdown.
The Samba nation are in Colombia for their World Cup qualifier tonight following Friday's 2-0 win over Ecuador.
City's Gabriel Jesus, Ederson and Fernandinho, and Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino are all included in the squad.
But they will be back in action for Saturday's early kick off and both clubs have reached an agreement to help each other out.
A private plane has been hired which will fly the players back from Barranquilla, Colombia, on Tuesday night and is expected to arrive in the UK on Wednesday morning, according to the MEN.
Chelsea are also helping to foot the bill in order to bring home Willian.
Premier League clubs banded together last November to fly their South American stars back from World Cup qualifiers.
Both City's and Liverpool's Brazilians are expected to play on Saturday.
