Arsenal and Everton to battle it out with Juventus for Cagliari’s NORTH KOREAN striker Han Kwang-song

ARSENAL and Everton are both planning to aim a North Korean missile at the Premier League ... by signing Cagliari striker Han Kwang-song.

The 18-year-old international has taken Italian football by storm since becoming his country's first player to appear and score in Serie A five months ago.

Loaned to Perugia this season, Pyongyang-born Han hit a hat-trick in his Serie B debut against Entella last month.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger and Toffees chief Ronald Koeman have now sent scouts to check on the teenager, who is under contract with Cagliari until 2022.

Italian champions Juventus are also monitoring his progress.

Han's home country sparked global outrage by testing its latest nuclear bomb last weekend.

The rogue state, headed by dictator Kim Jong-un, faces a range of tough sanctions.

Italian senator Antonio Razzi, who claimed he discovered Han in North Korea, bizarrely sent a message of congratulations to tyrant Kim.

The player, who turns 19 on September 11, has won two senior caps for North Korea after earning Under-17 and Under-19 honours.

Cagliari signed him from North Korea's Chobyong Sports Club in January.

Kwang-song has already scored four times in just two games for Perugia in 2017-18, to go with a sole goal in five games for Cagliari at the end of last season.
