WEST HAM have set their sights on Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri to replace under-fire Slaven Bilic.
The Hammers have lost all three of their Premier League games in the 2017-18 season so far, to sit dead-last in the table.
Following a heavy opening-day defeat to Manchester United, Bilic watched his men lost 3-2 to Southampton and 3-0 to newly-promoted Newcastle.
Now the Croatian boss knows he may need a comprehensive victory against Huddersfield on Monday night to cling on to his job.
Bilic survived showdown talks with club officials two weeks ago - before blasting David Sullivan for stopping him landing Renato Sanches and Grzegorz Krychowiak on deadline day.
Should West Ham falter again - to the high-flying Prem new-boys - they may look to Serie A, for Napoli chief Sarri, according to the Express.
The Naples-born boss has a wealth of managerial experience, having been in the business since 1990.
Sarri, 58, has managed 18 clubs during that time, most notably in recent years with Napoli and Empoli - who he lead to promotion from Serie B to the top-flight.

The Italian has two years to run at the Serie A side - but has a buy-out clause of £7.5million.
That fee could well be snapped up by West Ham bosses who will seek to put an end to their horrendous start to the season sooner rather than later.
Another name in the frame for the Hammers job had been Newcastle's former Napoli man Rafa Benitez, however talk has now cooled on that front.
