Chelsea's home Blues

Chelsea have only scored ONE Premier League goal through English attackers since the start of the 2014-15 season… 119 behind rivals Tottenham Hotspur

Ruben Loftus-Cheek's strike in the 4-0 win away to now-relegated Aston Villa in April 2016 is the ONLY goal scored by an English midfielder or striker in the past three seasons

HARRY KANE made the headlines this weekend as he finally broke his 2017-18 Premier League drought.

The England forward netted twice in a 3-0 win over to Everton - notching his 100th Spurs goal and 80th Premier League strike in the process.

In Kane, Mauricio Pochettino has an invaluable home-grown gem... a real commodity in the modern Premier League.

However, the same can't be said of Chelsea.

The Blues have scored just ONE goal from the boot of an English midfielder or striker since the start of the 2014-15 season.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek's goal in the 4-0 win away to Aston Villa back in 2016 remains the sole strike.

Now on-loan at Crystal Palace, he won't even have a chance to add to that tally this term.

The Blues's tally of one English goal is a whopping 119 behind behind Tottenham (120) - mostly thanks to Kane's 77 strikes since the start of 2014-15.

Dele Alli has 30 to his name to boost the tally further, with Liverpool in second-place on 68.

Goals from the likes of Adam Lallana (17), Daniel Sturridge (16) and James Milner (12) have really helped the Reds.

In fact, Liverpool can boast 11 different English attackers to net in the league in the past three seasons.

Meanwhile, a Wayne Rooney and Marcus Rashford-inspired Manchester United have scored 52 times, with Arsenal a way back on 39 - with Theo Walcott's 20 strikes vital.

Manchester City are even further back on 29, thanks to Raheem Sterling's 15 strikes just ahead of Chelsea's one.
