Raheem Sterling trolls Manchester City team-mate Leroy Sane on social media mocking his tattoo
Sane displayed a tattoo of himself celebrating a goal he scored against Monaco in the Champions League last season and Sterling ripped into him on Instagram
MANCHESTER CITY players are not afraid of ripping into each other on social media.
So step forward Raheem Sterling, who stuck the boot into Leroy Sane after the winger showed off the huge tattoo of himself on his back.
The City winger’s body art is a recreation of his goal celebration against Monaco in the Champions League last season.
The German international scored in both legs as City were knocked out on away goals.
And Sterling, who served a one-game ban for his sending off at Bournemouth showed his mate no love on Instagram with a post he later deleted.
He said: “What a s*** tattoo, My name is @leroysane19 and I love myself.”
Sterling is no stranger to body ink himself – the England international who is available to face Feyenoord in the Champions League on Wednesday has the Wembley arch inked on his left arm.
He grew up in next door to the iconic stadium in Neasden, North London and the tattoo signifies what the stadium means to him.
