Jose Mourinho blasts claims Paul Pogba will be out for three months as ‘complete nonsense’
Angry Man Utd boss says Old Trafford medics still don't know if his crocked midfield star will be out for '12 days or 12 weeks'
JOSE MOURINHO has blasted claims Paul Pogba will be out for three months as "complete nonsense".
The Manchester United manager was already angry at his £89m midfielder for ignoring medical advice over his hamstring problem.
And now Mourinho is upset at speculation over how long the Frenchman will be out.
He insisted Old Trafford medics need a few more days before they will know the verdict.
Mourinho said: "I don't know if it is 12 weeks or 12 days.
"Honestly, so any comment, any rumour is totally wrong, because we do not know if it is 12 weeks or 12 days.
"The player was diagnosed initially after the match because of the conditions of the muscle and the bleeding.
"The decision was one more week to wait and to see really clearly in the scans the dimension of the injury.

"And nobody in the club spoke about 12 days or 12 weeks. Not at all.
"It's a muscular injury in the hamstring, but we have a normal procedure and wait a few more days. So it's completely nonsense information."
SunSport revealed last week how Mourinho and his medical staff blamed the ex-Juventus ace for his injury saga.
Pogba was given strict guidelines after missing three games last season but was instead treated by a personal trainer.
But he was helped off after only 19 minutes of last Tuesday's 3-0 win over Basel in United's Champions League group opener.
So it is perhaps understandable why Mourinho is so tetchy over Pogba's prognosis.
