Arsenal transfer news: Alexis Sanchez offered £9m signing-on fee by PSG as Man City have deal hijacked for Gunners star
Chilean is out of contract at the end of the season and wants to leave the Gunners
PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN will HIJACK Manchester City's move for Alexis Sanchez, according to reports from Chile.
The Arsenal striker's contract expires at the end of the season and he appears determined to leave the Emirates.
Chilean newspaper El Mecurio report that PSG will offer Sanchez a £9MILLION 'advance' on his signing-on fee in January.
As SunSport revealed at the weekend, Man City already feared being blown out of the water with a monster offer from the Ligue 1 pacesetters.
But with PSG willing to pay him a £9m signing-on fee in January, Sanchez may already be out of their grasp.
It is not clear in this report whether PSG would have to pay more in the summer - SunSport revealed that Manchester United were told they'd have to pay Sanchez a£25million signing-on fee to lure him to Old Trafford.
Sanchez met with PSG representatives in the summer where he demanded a staggering £400,000-a-week salary.
Despite their massive wealth, the French club baulked at the price, admitting they could not afford it.

But PSG did offer Sanchez around £275,000-a-week - and promised him a massive up-front fee.
If Sanchez arrives, PSG top goalscorer Edinson Cavani would make way.
The Uruguayan has nine goals this season - but has already fallen out with world record signing Neymar.
The striker argued with the £198m Brazilian over a free-kick, and the club have, predictably, fallen on Neymar's side.
Sanchez, 28, has had three excellent seasons in north London, but has become hugely frustrated with Arsenal's inability to challenge for the title.
He has scored 73 goals in 150 games, but Arsenal have won just two FA Cups and struggled to maintain a serious challenge at the top of the Premier League.
