Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho claims losing Marouane Fellaini for massive Liverpool clash is ‘no problem’
MANCHESTER UNITED boss Jose Mourinho has claimed losing Marouane Fellaini for this weekend's clash with Liverpool is "no blow".
The Portuguese chief, 54, added his squad "do not cry with injuries" with the in-form Belgian set to miss Saturday's eagerly-anticipated clash at Anfield.
Fellaini, 29, has scored four goals in eight games for United this season, including two in the 4-0 win over Crystal Palace, but sustained a knee injury while away with Belgium.
On Fellaini's absence, Mourinho said: "No blow, no problem. We don't cry with injuries.
"We may cry with the process that leads to the injuries but we don't cry with the injuries.
"We just trust the players that are going to play."
However, Mourinho did say he holds no grudge with Belgium boss Roberto Martinez and his fellow international chiefs for injuries.
The Special One added: "Not just international teams, we don't only have injuries in international teams."
Meanwhile, United still have injury concerns for star duo Romelu Lukaku and Paul Pogba.
Lukaku also suffered a knock on international duty - having scored 11 goals for United since his summer switch from Everton - and is not certain to start at the weekend.

Pogba on the other hand is likely to miss out, with Mourinho saying he has "no idea" when the French international will be fit to return.
The former Juventus midfielder has posted a series of videos on social media of himself back in training following his hamstring injury sustained last month, including a gruelling workout in Miami.
