Lifelong 'Well fan Livingstone has excelled at youth level and is soon expected to be handed a first-team role.
He made his debut in the penultimate league game of last season at home to Kilmarnock.
And Livingstone then made another sub appearance in the final game of the season at Inverness Caley.

The youngster, who can play left-back and left wing, would appear a good fit for City's 3-5-2 system and could act as understudy to Joe Bryan.
