WATFORD star Richarlison will NOT be charged by the FA after a panel unanimously decided he didn't dive to win a penalty against Arsenal.

The 20-year-old Brazilian was accused by Gunners fans of going down easily under a challenge from Hector Bellerin during their 2-1 win.

But a panel of three has decided their was no simulation, and he won't receive a two-match ban under strict new Premier League rules brought in this season.

The FA introduced new rules for the 2017/18 campaign to punish players for 'successful deception of a match official.'

This is the first time the three-man panel has been used in the Premier League, but it has previously been called in to resolve issues in the Football League.

Meanwhile, Romelu Lukaku will not face any action for his alleged stamp on Liverpool star Dejan Lovren in Manchester United's 1-1 draw with Liverpool.

The incident was not referred to the FA, following the incident late in the first-half of their derby clash.
