And – despite claims that last season’s Premier League runners-up are far from a one-man team – the French boss is in no doubt who will be their danger man at the Bernabeu.

Asked about Kane’s threat at Real’s pre-match press conference, Zidane admitted that the England hotshot is a “complete player”.

The Madrid chief said: “He is the fundamental player for Tottenham.

“He is very good at everything, the best thing is that he is always thinking about goals.

“He is a complete player. He didn't seem to be [when he was younger], but in the end, that is what he is.”

Kane, 24, has established himself as one of the top striker in Europe this season, netting 11 goals in September alone.

The tally included FIVE in two Champions League games – one more than Cristiano Ronaldo.

That sizzling form has seen the on-fire frontman linked with a mega-money summer move to the two-time defending European champions.

He even admitted he could "never rule out" joining the La Liga giants in the future.

And Zidane did not deny there was any interest on the Spaniards’ side.

Quizzed whether he saw Kane’s future in Madrid, he admitted: “I don’t know what will happen in the future.”

The sides are tied at the top of Group H on six points after two games.

“It will be a good game between two strong teams. It will be the group final.”
