Manchester United star Marcus Rojo is all shook up at the prospect of facing Benfica as he travels with own drinks shaker
Man United defender travels with own drinks shaker looking for first action of the season in Champions League at Benfica
MARCUS ROJO is all shook up he prepares to face Benfica on Wednesday.
The Manchester United ace flew out to Portugal complete with his own drinks shaker.
It might be a long shot for Rojo - or fellow defender Luke Shaw, who also made the Champions League trip - to actually feature in the Lisbon showdown.
But at least he's in the mix, quite literally if his travel flask is anything to go by.
The Portuguese, signed from Benfica's fierce rivals Sporting Lison for £16million in 2014, has not appeared for United this season.
But, like Shaw, he's back in boss Jose Mourinho's thoughts and could be on the bench in the Estadio do Sport.
Rojo sadly suffered a cruciate knee ligament injury against Anderlecht last season and only now is he ready for first-team action again.
Shaw made the plane after playing 90 minutes for the reserves against West Ham on Sunday.
The England international has only one first-team appearance behind him this season.
He figured in the Carabao Cup tie against Burton Albion, having been building up his fitness following injury against Swansea at the end of last term.
MANCHESTER UNITED TRANSFER NEWS
Mourinho will be without injured midfield trio Paul Pogba, Michael Carrick and Marouane Fellaini.
The United manager was accused of defensive tactics against Liverpool in the Anfield stalemate.
But he cited the missing players as a key reason for the second half display - especially after Nemanja Matic's exertions over the international break.
