The England left-back was seen with the rest of the Spurs squad boarding a plane to Madrid.

Rose will train with the team tonight - as well Mousa Dembele.

Also out for boss Mauricio Pochettino are Victor Wanyama (knee) and Georges-Kevin NKoudou (concussion).

Rose has kept boss Pochettino on his toes this season despite not recording any game time.

SunSport told you how Rose said he would be open to discussing a bid for him with boss Poch.

And in an attack at the club's wage structure, he demanded players deserved to be paid the market rate.

Those comments seem especially prescient given news Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is plotting a £50million move for the England defender.
