Midfielder, who is on loan at Valencia, was caught doing 92mph in a 30mph zone and has issued grovelling apology
MANCHESTER UNITED ace Andreas Pereira has reportedly been banned for driving for eight months.
The Belgium-born midfielder, currently on loan at Valencia, landed himself in hot water after being caught speeding at 92mph in a 30mph zone.
Reports in Spain says he has been slapped with a £3,200 fine and had been banned from driving until June 2018.
Pereira apologised yesterday, saying: "Very sorry the speeding.
"I will accept whatever punishment comes.
"It is important to be careful when driving and always respect the rules. Lesson learned."
The Brazil Under-23s midfielder has been in impressive form at La Liga outfit Valencia.

The Man United youth product has made six appearances for Marcelino Garcia Toral's side, scoring once.
Pereira netted his first goal for the Spaniards with a sublime, long-range effort in the 6-3 drubbing of Real Betis on Sunday.

The attacking midfielder joined United from Dutch side PSV Eindhoven as a teenager in 2011.
Since then he has gone on to spend a season on loan at Granada in 2016-17 - making 35 La Liga appearances, scoring five times - and another with Valencia.
He has made five Premier League appearances at United since his 2014-15 debut, with four of those coming in the 2015-16 season.
