Young left-back has impressed at the Molineux since joining last summer on loan from French champions Monaco

MANCHESTER UNITED, Arsenal and Everton are reportedly battling it out for Wolves star Ruben Vinagre.

The Daily Mail claims the Toffees are the latest team to join the battle for the young left-back.

Vinagre is on loan at Wolves from French champions Monaco and has already won over the Molineux faithful after just a few months.

But the Portuguese ace could soon find himself playing at an even higher level very soon, with Everton said to be interested in making a bid.

Long-serving Toffees hero Leighton Baines isn’t getting any younger, while Luke Garbutt has had his fair share of injury set-backs.

Brendan Galloway remains out on loan at Sunday, and Ronald Koeman could make a move soon.

However, the report adds that Everton will face a battle for Vinagre’s signature, with Arsenal apparently keen.

The Gunners are believed to have been keeping tabs on the whizkid since the Under 17s European Championships in 2016.
