The Welshaman swapped his New Balance Visaro's for a pair of adidas boots as he netted in the 5-2 win against Everton.

And this could now be the catalyst for a change in form for the former Cardiff striker

Ramsey joined the New Balance team in late 2015, with many feeling he's failed to play at his best ever since.

But now some eagle-eyed fans are convinced the under-the-radar change of footwear could make all the difference.

One social media user even suggested Ramsey could be set to reach his "2013-14 form" — where he scored 18 goals in 38 games in all competitions for club and country.

The win was Arsenal's first away from home in the league this season.

But Ramsey knows it is at home where they can get the valuable points to move back up the table.

Wales international Ramsey said: "We need to make the Emirates a fortress.

"We’ve won every game there so far this season.

"Hopefully we can continue that and pick up more away wins as well and I’m sure we will go right to the end."

The game was the first time Alexis Sanchez, Mesut Ozil and Alexandre Lacazette all linked up for Arsenal.

Ramsey added: "I think that with all the players we have in this squad we’re more than capable of producing performances.

"With these guys they score goals, they create goals as well, so it was nice to have them back in the team and hopefully they can continue creating and scoring goals."
