Young Huddersfield boy’s heartwearming letter to club asking them to give £5 note he found on floor to Aaron Mooy

The lad named Adam wrote to club director asking for Mooy to get money because 'he played very well and scored' against Manchester United

A YOUNG Huddersfield fan's heartwarming letter to the club asking them to give a £5 note he found on the floor to Town star Aaron Mooy has gone viral.

Little Adam's letter, addressed to Town director Sean Jarvis, was credited with restoring people's faith in humanity because of its touching act of kindness.

David Wagner's side beat Manchester United 2-1 last weekend.

Former Man City loanee Aaron Mooy got the opener and he is the subject of Adam's pencil-written note.

It reads: "I was at the Huddersfield against Manchester United match.

"I found a £5 note at the stadium and gave it to my dad because we can not keep what is not ours.

"Can you please ask Mr Wagner if Aaron Mooy can keep the money because he played very well and scored yesterday.

"I have put the £5 note in the envelope. Thank you."

And Jarvis, who has been at the club for more than 11 years and posted a photo of the letter online, wrote: "Pure class from young Adam."
