GARETH BALE has been given the green light to leave Real Madrid next summer, according to reports.
The Welshman's time in the Spanish capital appears to be coming to an end with Manchester United ready to launch a stunning move for the forward.
Former Tottenham star Bale has enjoyed plenty of success on the pitch with the Galacticos, winning the Champions League three times.

Jose Mourinho's United have made several previous attempts to sign the 28-year-old but were rebuffed by Bernabeu chiefs and the attacker himself.
But there has now been a shift in the La Liga giants' attitude that has led to them now being willing to sell.

The Red Devils remain the favourites to land the ace with executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward a long-time admirer.
Mourinho is also a fan, but has concerns over Bale's recent injury record.

Spurs could also be interested in trying to bring him back to North London - but they would have to break their strict wage structure to secure him.
And the report claims that Madrid would insist on Harry Kane being part of any deal for Bale, which Tottenham would flat out refuse.
Bale has only managed to play ten times for club and country so far this campaign.
Despite his struggles, Bale has still found the net three times in his nine matches for Madrid but has not played since the win in Dortmund on 26 September.
