Manchester United star Paul Pogba honours his return from injury with a fitting new haircut

The club's record signing is celebrating his return to full first-team training by getting a visit from his favourite self-taught barber

PAUL POGBA'S vital signs seem to be all good after his first full training session back at Carrington since a hamstring injury he suffered in mid-September.

He posted a picture of his fresh new trim that honours his return from injury and bid to stay healthy.

The picture posted on his Instagram account shows off the sharp lines crafted by barber Ahmed Alsanawi to recreate a reading of a Electrocardiogram graph.

Within the intricate design is a heart and Pogba simply wrote "Still breathing" as the caption likely as a nod to pulling through from his recent setback.

Although one fan who interpreted the graph was slightly worried that the lines didn't show a healthy reading and hoped it wasn't a sign of more injury troubles for the Red Devil's newcomer writing: "Large P wave, wide QRS, some ST elevation, SMH."

The man behind the perfect fade and razor-sharp lines, Alsanawi, is a self-taught high street barber based in Surrey.

The owner of Star Barber worked up from Chelsea youth players to becoming the likes of Pogba, Eden Hazard and Michy Batshuayi's go-to man.

The 26-year-old made his way up north to make sure midfielder was looking good to go along with feeling good in his return.

Pogba appears to be edging closer to his return following his first day back at training this morning after spending time rehabilitating in Miami.

The Frenchman presence has been sorely missed by United with Jose Mourinho's team yet to win a league game this month.

The Red Devils will look to comeback from their disastrous league loss against Huddersfield last weekend tomorrow against third-placed Tottenham and will hope to put some ground between them with a win.

Pogba may not be ready to pull on the red shirt that soon, but is targeting his stunning return against Chelsea on November 5.

Though he may want to give his Blues fanatic barber a miss before that game, just in case he decides to let his razor slip on his team's rival.
