PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN are the bookies' favourites to win the Champions League following their 5-0 thumping of Anderlecht last night.

The Neymar-led side showed they have goals throughout the squad with full-back Layvin Kurzawa becoming the first defender in the modern competition to score a hat-trick.

The world's most expensive footballer also got on the scoresheet with a fine effort and Marco Verratti netted too.

As such Unai Emery's side can be backed at odds of 7-2 in most places to win Europe's top competition for the first time in their history.

Real Madrid (9-2) play Spurs at Wembley tonight and the team with 12 titles to their name are currently second-favourites to lift the cup for a 13th time.

The sides drew 1-1 when they met at the Bernabeu last time round.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is fancied as a future Real manager.

And he recently admitted he was "proud" seeing his name linked to arguably the top job in club football.

Pipping his side (25-1) to third in the betting places though is Manchester City.

Pep Guardiola's men lead the Premier League and have so far looked untouchable on the domestic front.

Their best odds of 7-1 look pretty tasty, especially as Guardiola will be under the cosh to deliver silverware following a barren first season in charge.

And don't expect Guardiola not to notice that his former side are below him in the betting markets.

Barcelona stumbled to a 0-0 draw against Olympiakos last night.

That stalemate represented the first time they had failed to score in a Champions League group stage match since December 2012.

As a result they like at 7-1, with Bayern Munich 8-1, Manchester United best odds of 14-1 and Chelsea currently 25-1 - the same as Liverpool.
