TOTTENHAM took the lead against Real Madrid amid offside controversy at Wembley.

But TV replays showed that the England ace had got away with one against the defending champions.

It was fine work from Harry Kane that brought the goal about.

But for once it was not the Spurs marksman getting on the end of it.
