LUKA MODRIC could train to be the next Harry Winks - according to one jubilant Tottenham fan.
The Spurs midfielder, 21, ran the show against Real Madrid tonight as Mauricio Pochettino's men recorded an historic 3-1 win at Wembley.
And fans were loving his performance on social media . . .
It was not only fans impressed with Winks, but pundits too.
BT Sport's panel - consisting of Rio Ferdinand, Frank Lampard and Glenn Hoddle - sang his praises.
Manchester United legend Ferdinand said: "Importantly for the young players in this Tottenham side, this was a great result.
"This really will push them on and give them that self-belief.
"Harry Winks has done well in recent weeks with England and now with Spurs.
"This is a great result. It's the foundations for a career sometimes.
"It really gave him the belief and confidence to push on. He was an integral part of the game today."
According to reports, Winks is to be named in Gareth Southgate's England squad on Thursday for upcoming friendlies against Germany and Brazil.
