Sadio Mane and Dejan Lovren’s homes BURGLED during Liverpool’s 3-0 Champions League win over Maribor this week
SADIO MANE and Dejan Lovren had their homes BURGLED during Liverpool’s 3-0 Champions League win over Maribor on Wednesday night.
Thieves broke into one house and smashed the door down at another during Wednesday night's game, before being chased off by a neighbour.
Neither Lovren nor Mane were in action during the game against the Slovakian minnows due to injury.
However, the Reds duo were present for the European night at Anfield, watching on from the stands.
Mane had his house broken into completely, while Lovren had his patio door smashed in.
They were spared further grief after a neighbour chased them off after shouting at them, saying she was calling the police.
Officers were called to Lovren's address in Allerton at around 8pm... early in the first-half of the game at Anfield.
Soon after police arrived, they also discovered Mane's house had been burgled.

A Merseyside Police spokesman today said: “It is not known yet if anything was stolen during this second incident but the occupier has been informed.
“The investigation by detectives is in its early stages but it is believed the offenders fled in a car and officers would appeal to anyone who saw a vehicle being driven suspiciously in the area at around 8pm to contact them.”

It's the latest in a string of burglaries amongst Liverpool players, with Roberto Firmino seeing his home raided around Christmas last season.
Thugs took off with around £70,000-worth of jewellery and clothes.
It's just the latest in what has been a hideous week for Reds defender Lovren.
Firstly, the Croatian was hauled off after half an hour of Liverpool's 4-1 loss to Tottenham, before being subjected to vile death threats later in the week.
Lovren then missed the 3-0 win over Huddersfield after injuring himself in the warm-up.
However, the former Southampton defender did have one reason to smile this month, as fans voted him their October Player of the Month.
