England vs Brazil team news: Joe Gomez starts for hosts, replacing injured Gary Cahill
JOE GOMEZ will start for England against Brazil as he replaces injured Gary Cahill for the Wembley clash.
The Liverpool defender, 20, is set to line-up in a youthful Three Lions XI, as Gareth Southgate continues to put his faith in the next generation.
Gomez came off the bench in Friday's 0-0 draw with Germany, replacing the crocked Phil Jones after 25 minutes.
However, this will be the Reds youngster's first-ever start for England's senior set-up.
It will prove something of a baptism of fire for Gomez, who is set to line-up against the likes of Neymar and Gabriel Jesus at Wembley.
Gomez is set to be alongside John Stones and Harry Maguire in a back-three with Kyle Walker and Ryan Bertrand expect to play as wing-backs.
In midfield, Friday's man of the match Ruben Loftus-Cheek is expected to continue alongside this week's captain Eric Dier.
Jake Livermore is expected to join the pair in a midfield three.

But all eyes will be on former Charlton defender Gomez on Tuesday evening in North London.
