David Moyes: Twitter reacts to the West Ham manager making the Hammers worse in his first match in charge
East Londoners swung the axe after Slaven Bilic left them in drop zone... but fans are less than impressed with new boss
IT didn't take long for fans to ridicule David Moyes after West Ham lost to Watford in his first match in charge.
Goals from Will Hughes and Richarlison at Vicarage Road condemned Hammers supporters to a familiar losing feeling - but fans claimed Moyes somehow made their misfiring team even WORSE.
Despite poor showings at Manchester United, Real Sociedad and Sunderland, West Ham turned to the 54-year-old to steer them clear of the bottom three.
But the London side remain in the relegation zone, after being outplayed by the Hornets.
Despite missing an abundance of chances in either half, fans failed to look on the bright side of Moyes' first game in charge.
One fan said on Twitter: "Staggering how David Moyes has already managed to make West Ham worse than they have been all season."
While another posted: "Not sure how but David Moyes has made us look worse than we did under Bilic."
And it was a similar opinion with another supporter, who said: "David Moyes made West Ham even worse than they was before already."
