The Spurs boss denied any rift with the player after the loss - before SunSport revealed the player's anger at having to train on the morning of the game.
Rose believes he is 100 per cent fit and disagrees with his boss.
And the England international, who Poch said was left out for fitness reasons, is back in the squad for the Group H clash at Signal Iduna Park.
Poch said: "He's doing well. Today he's going to train with the group and tomorrow we will decide if he will play."
Tottenham are top of the group, ahead of Real Madrid, and have already qualified for the knock-out stage.
Poch insists the defeat to Arsenal has not damaged his team's confidence.
He added: "We are positive, very positive, because the performance was good, the effort was good.
"We can do better, of course.

"The objective was to qualify and we've achieved that, and now it's important to finish first if we can. It will be better if we can do that tomorrow."
Midfielder Christian Eriksen added: "We're still disappointed from Saturday, but we need to put it right tomorrow.
"It's a very important game. Although we are through we want to win."
