When is the FA Cup third round draw?

The draw takes place on Monday, December 4.

It's due to begin before the final second round game takes place.

That final game is non-league Slough Town against League One side Rochdale.

What TV channel is it on?

Full coverage will be live on BBC Two and BT Sport 1 from 7pm.

Slough v Rochdale kicks off at 7.45pm.

So like the last draw, it's expected the draw will take place shortly before the game kicks off.

How does it work?

44 Premier League and Championship teams join the draw in Round 3.

They're joined by the 20 teams that progress from the second round.

That means that a total of 64 teams will be in the hat, making 32 match-ups in the next stage.
